We believe that every learner is unique, which is why we focus on individual attention and tailored academic support. Our goal is to help each student overcome learning barriers and reach their full potential..

Our team of passionate and dedicated educators are committed to creating a supportive and inspiring learning environment for every student. With a deep understanding of individual learning needs, they provide personalised guidance, encouragement, and care every step of the way.
Our story
How It All Began
This story all began with a little girl just entering Grade 10. After many obstacles in her life, one of them was bullying (currently one of the biggest problems in the high school system at the moment), and the other was losing a friend as a result of suicide. This girl was expected to fit into the proverbial box. As the school system does not allow for kids to be different, to learn differently, to grow differently, and to be different. You either fit in or get left behind. After much prayer, in fact, months of prayer. I decided to remove her from a system that just was not working for her. She is, in fact, my daughter. I am a single Mom with a passion. Taking a huge leap of faith and trusting God that he will lead us and guide us through all. He will be our “Shepherd”. I opened up the Shepherds Academy tutor center on 17th April 2017. Soon after that, the word got out, and since then, I have had moms, dads, and learners call me because of so many different circumstances that they, too, have gone through or experienced.
